To our Friends, Neighbors, and Clients,
As we reflect on the second quarter of 2026, we see a year defined by growth, gratitude and celebrating both our history and the exciting future ahead. The first half of 2026 has been a reminder of what matters most to us: serving the communities we call home. From our E-Recycling Drives to another memorable Shorewest Children’s Fest Day at Summerfest, we’ve continued our tradition of giving back while celebrating our 80th anniversary at every opportunity. Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without the trust and support of the clients, communities and team members who have been part of our journey over the past eight decades.
We would also like to recognize the incredible team members who dedicate their time and energy to making these events possible. The Shorewest family is built on more than exceptional real estate professionals. It is made up of individuals who willingly organize, volunteer, participate in and celebrate the events that strengthen our communities and showcase the values that have defined Shorewest for 80 years. Their passion and commitment keep our company connected to the people we serve and we are grateful for everything they do.
The second quarter also brought tremendous momentum to the real estate market. Spring and early summer got off to a strong start, with April seeing nearly 200 more homes sold than during the same month last year. Home values have continued to rise as we head into the third quarter, making this one of the strongest spring markets Southeastern Wisconsin has experienced in recent years. These results are a direct reflection of the dedication, expertise and hard work of our team members, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything they have accomplished.
As we look ahead to the second half of 2026, we are excited not only for what lies ahead this year but for the next 80 years and beyond. We remain committed to strengthening the communities we serve, helping buyers and sellers across Wisconsin achieve their real estate goals and supporting the next generation of real estate professionals as they begin their careers. Whatever the future holds, Shorewest will continue to be there with the same commitment to service, innovation and community that has guided us for eight decades.
Thank you for being part of our story, and for allowing us to be part of yours.
